They begin fighting....Julian, not one to be physical in any way suddenly became the aggressor and punching Mickey.  Brandon just stands there watching in horror....

Finally, Mickey calms him down, and Julian lands one last punch....

JULIAN- “You know what Mickey.  Seeing how this is your apartment, I am letting you have it.  All of it. Just get out of my room, and take your whores into your room. Once I get my things out of here, you can do whoever and whatever you want in here...

MICKEY- “And where do you think you are going? You owe this months rent.”

JULIAN- “What do you care where I am going, just stay out of my room until I come back on Friday for my and Charity’s things.  I will bring you our rent, and then we are finished. Don’t call me or contact me in any way....

With that Julian got back into his car, and drove the next three hours back to Willow Creek.

CHARITY- “So do you have to prance around here ALL the time in your underwear?  And while you are making coffee?  Please tell me you washed your hands....”

MICKEY- “I am not a Neanderthal, Charity, of course I wash my hands, and for your information, these are NOT underwear.”

CHARITY- “I don’t know what they are, but they are apparently too small for you, as I can see your ass crack.”

CHARITY- “Seriously...what are they accentuating, your ass crack?  That’s just gross.”

CHARITY- “Like who?  I know a lot of gay men, and I think they would be turned off by your methods of seduction as much as I am.”

MICKEY- “Clearly you do not know enough gay men. And there is only one person that matters in this house as far as seduction is concerned, in my opinion.  Thank you so much, ever so kindly...”

CHARITY- “Let me guess....Julian?  You are wearing those for Julian?”

MICKEY- “We shall see...now drink some coffee...you need it.”

They danced through the song and into the second one.  All the while Charity watching them. She knew things were going south between Julian and Cyrus, but she had no idea that Jules was falling for this asshole, Mickey.  It was obvious that it was the case, the way the were flirting with one another...

JULIAN- “I have to set this one out, I need to go to the bathroom.”

MICKEY- “Okay, don’t be too long....”

CHARITY- “Good Lord....”

MICKEY- “Why does Charity dislike me so much, Jules?  What have I ever done to her.”

JULES- “Well for one you call her babe most of the time, instead of her name, and you eat her granola and her cheerios.  Not to mention you erased all the episodes of the Real Housewives of Newcrest off of the DVR.”

MICKEY- “I needed to make room on the DVR for the Gay Bachelor, my friend Beau is on it this season. She had all the slots filled with that stupid reality show!!”

JULES- “Mickey....the Gay Bachelor is a reality Show.”

MICKEY- “Oh...yeah.  I guess it is...and she is always giving me a hard time about what I wear.”

JULES- “You mean the lack of clothing you wear. Yeah, about that.  You should at least wear pants, walking around in your underwear is really not appropriate.  She is offended quite easily.”

MICKEY- “Why!?  You do it all the time, and these are NOT underwear!”

Just as Julian was going to walk towards the bar and back to Charity, Mickey stepped in front of him.... and kissed him...

JULIAN- “Uh...what was that?!”

MICKEY- “A room mate kiss...you like it?”

JULIAN- “Actually....yeah.”

Before he even realized what he was doing, and due to the five beers in his system, Julian grabbed him and began making out with him right there in the hallway...

CHARITY-’ “Uh....EXCUSE ME??  Are you ready to go Julian?!”

JULIAN- “And this apartment is perfect. Mickey’s cousin is moving to Oasis Springs, and once he is gone, then we can take the other two bedrooms.  He has one set up as his studio right now, but it will be perfect for me.”

CHARITY- “And with three of us sharing the rent and utilities---

Mickey just comes over and sits down and makes himself part of their conversation....

MICKEY- “Utilities are included in the rent, so we don’t even have to worry about them!  So you guys going to do this?!”

CHARITY- “Excuse me, WE were having a conversation, Mickey.”

MICKEY- “I heard my name, so I thought I was included....so are you guys going to do this or not?”

JULIAN- “The issue isn’t what you are doing!!  I could care less if you fucked every guy in San Myshuno, but you can guarantee that I won’t go near you again. The point is, is that you have no sense of boundaries. This is MY room.  These are MY things. If I wanted this guy in my room, I would ask him in, not come home and find you getting ready to have sex with him in MY bed without my knowledge.”

MICKEY- “Okay...I get it...now you know.  Come on Brandon, let’s go to my room... I don’t want to upset the Prude...”

With that, Julian had enough, he lunged towards Mickey...

MICKEY- “Julian, stop...what the hell has gotten into you.  You don’t want me to hit you back.”

JULIAN- “I DARE YOU!!!”

and with that.....

JULIAN- “MICKEY!  WTF!!”

MICKEY- “Hey Jules, get undressed and join us. This is Brandon....”

JULIAN- “I am not taking off my clothes and joining you in anything. So you are having a “Party” in my room, on my bed?  How many guys have you had over here in MY bed??”

MICKEY- “I didn’t think you would mind...”

JULIAN- “You didn’t think I would mind!!?? You have naked men in my apartment AND in my bed!  What part of that would you think I wouldn’t mind??”

MICKEY- “Sorry. I will take him to my room...and just so you are aware, this IS my apartment too.”

JULIAN- “Of that I am fully aware, but there are rules of decorum, Mickey.  You do not invade someone else’s private space and bring in people into that said space when I am not here!”

MICKEY- “Now you sound like your girlfriend, I hope to God she isn’t with you!”

JULIAN- “No, and she is not coming back, I am taking her things to her on Friday. She is moving to Willow Creek.”

MICKEY- “Good Riddance, I say! So you sure you don’t want to join us? Brandon is a great bottom boy.”

JULIAN- “NO!!  I can not believe you!!”

MICKEY- “What? you have made it clear we are nothing more than fuck buddies, so why can’t I have my friends over?”

JULIAN- “You really don’t get it do you?  Everything Charity said about you, I can finally see it.”

MICKEY- “Please tell me you are not turning into a prude like her!”
