Going in for a hip replacement operation in 6 weeks time. It’s vitally important to have some kind of fitness before having these things done. Today I did this #amrap workout, took me 32min burning 325 calories, max HR of 172 with an ave HR of 135. At end of the session my HR was 171, after 1min rest it dropped to 151 and after 2min rest it was 125.. pretty happy over all. Need to stay in some kind of shape, I don’t want to hamper my physique modelling comp and 50th Birthday Cruise at the end of October.
