This is a whole lot of cassettes.
Transformers Decepticon OCs
Sonica - Decepticon - Intelligence - Micro Cassette Recorder
Sonica, is a Soundwave fangirl. A former preformer who fell in with the Decepticons after reading Megatron’s thesis. She started out using her acting skills as a double agent in some of the smaller Autobot settlements by both gathering information & sowing seeds of discent. After a harrowing escape once she was found out, she was greated by the head of Decepticon intelligence himself. She was instantly in awe. With nearly thirty percent of her form heavily damaged she opted for reformatting and after seeing how calm & collected Soundwave was she chose a new format that resembled her new idol. Her earth alt form was chosen from a reporter’s dictation recorder. So far her companions are the Stag (a beetle cassette), Clean Up (a warthog cassette), and former Action Masters Screech (a blue & green repaint of Laserbeak/ Buzzkill), Catgut (a black & orange repaint of Ravage), & Fire Breath (a green & black repaint of Rhinohorn). I may add the BTS Yin & Yang if I can get ahold of them.
Stag - Decepticon - Information Retrieval Specialist - Micro Cassette
Originally a nearly nameless Insecticon drone, the bot that became Stag was caught siphoning energon from one of Megatron's reserves during the war. To make matters worse, he was caught near an important (and highly guarded) strategy meeting. He was ordered to executed but a young intelligence officer, Sonica, stood up for the young drone. She said that someone with the skills to evade all the posted guards and get so close to the meeting should not be wasted, she then suggested that he undergo the same process as the former Senator Ratbat. Now an information retrieval specialist, the former Insecticon is now known as Stag and is loyal to Sonica first & the Decepticons second.
Clean Up - Decepticon - Fortification Specialist - Head Cleaner Cassette
Hailing from the Rust Sea and being a warthog, most Decepticons expect Clean Up to be a slob but in reality he is anything but a slob. He has a borderline obsession with cleanliness and organization. This obsession works well for him in his position as a fortification specialist. He knows how to build them and how to destroy them.
Transformers Autobot OCs
Hatch - Soldier/Combat Medic - Hyundai Santa Fe
Hatch, an Autobot fighter who worked with sparkling/protoforms at a facility in Vos (yeah he was essentially a midwife/pediatrician, I have learned recently the term may be Blacksmith) before the war. He joined up with the Autobots after the destruction of the city. Though he signed up as a fighter, his time at the facility helped him become essentially a combat medic. He's partnered up with a former police officer in the canine flashdrive Wheaten and Wheaten's conjunx endura Nightbeat 7.
His alt form is a med scrubs green Hyundai Santa Fe (from the Hello Carbot micro line, though the figure is currently still red).
Wheaten - Autobot - Security Specialist - Flashdrive
Wheaten is a canid scout class security expert. A former cop who's beat cover several outlying energon farms, he joined up with the Autobots near the beginning of the war. He is currently partnered up with Hatch. He is also the conjunx endura of Nightbeat 7.
His alt form is a flash drive (currently a Tigratron KO that will be getting a paint job). Size shifting does happen in my version of the TF verse so while his altmode is the size of the flashdrive, his main form is just a little bit bigger than Ravage.
Aviary - Autobot - Recon & Cartography - Flashdrive
Though she would prefer to fly along the shoreline of the Mithril Sea, Aviary has no qualms in her duties as an aerial recon specialist and cartographer.
When I first saw the Ravage flashdrive I fell in love with the design and thought that it was a logical successor to my beloved micro cassettes. I loved the inclusion of Tigatron and Cheetor but wanted more. So I have now started working on a few more flash drive bots. So far there is Wheaten and Aviary and I have ideas for a humanoid bot also.
Blythe - Autobot - Scout - Micro Cassette
When Glyph & her fellow scientist Piecemeal (another OC to come later) were part of an expedition squad scouting an uninhabited planet for possible colonization they happened upon a specimen, thought to be a simple geode. Imagine their surprise when upon cutting it open they found it was an incubator egg hosting a mechanical drake. As it awoke it seemed to imprint of the teams communications officer Digits. Attempts at studying the drake could only be done in his presence. Their studies did yield results. Blythe as the little femme drake came to be known held Cybertronian DNA. And to everyone but Digits surprise Blythe began speaking. Initially Blythe was a data disk but upon Digits reformatting into an earth based multifunction teaching system Blythe chose to reformat into a cassette.
