Kingston Reveals New microSD and SD Memory Cards and Memory Card Readers
Kingston has recently launched a new line of microSD and SD Memory Cards and Memory Card Readers that complement Canvas Select Plus,their previous memory card range.
The update by Kingston Digital in its memory cards complements the MobileLite Plus UHS-II readers by providing better speed. Moreover, the Canvas memory cards have been upgraded to Canvas Plus.
According to Kingston Digital, the Canvas Plus line represents the next generation of Kingston SD Cards with higher performance for 4K/8K video production, DSLRs, action cams, Android devices, and drones.
The three different variations offered by Canvas Plus include React Plus, Go! Plus, and Select Plus. The old Canvas line began shipping in the fourth quarter of 2019 and was joined by these new additions two years later. All memory cards in this line support 8K and 4K cameras and are backwards compatible with conventional SD and UHS-I bus standards.
As for MobileLite Plus readers, they will be available individually or as part of a package with React Plus Kingston SD Cards.
