Brian Cannon is holding an exhibition this May celebrating 25 years of Microdot Creative. Microdot created all of The Verve’s album sleeves in the 90s. For more information and tickets about this event, click the link above.

"Things that haven't been seen for 20 years. It was absolutely a dream come true"  Microdot, the creative company of Brian Cannon that is behind the iconic Verve and Oasis album sleeves, has just opened its vault. Microdot is selling items of rare Verve and Oasis memorabilia here. An 8-minute film, Unearthing the Archive, has also been released and features Cannon and some affiliates speaking about the collection. Watch the film here.

The Microdot store is now selling a Verve This Is Music t-shirt. Issued for the first time ever. Designed at Microdot in 1995. 

Each shirt is screen printed by hand in Wigan, Lancashire onto 100% cotton pre shrunk premium heavyweight garments.

Small = 34/36 Medium = 38/40 Large = 42/44 XL = 46/48 XXL = 50/52

Available as per the 1995 original label in white print on black only.

History

Cover image shot on 42nd Street, New York City. It was by total coincidence that the lettering was in place outside a disused theatre, the work of a local artist. It was an even more remarkable coincidence that History turned out to be, at that time, The Verve’s last single before splitting up.
