Microsoft Train Simulator en Windows 10 Openrail. !EN DIRECTO!.
I’m disappointed that no one ever created a route for Microsoft Train Simulator (2001) that covered the entire East Coast Main Line from London King’s Cross to Edinburgh Waverley, a journey of 393 miles. The most anyone’s ever done in MSTS with the ECML is the stretch from King’s Cross to York.
I’d like to see someone do a version of it during the steam era with water troughs, water towers, and coal towers for steam engines but I highly doubt that this will happen. With MSTS being 15 years old, and with it being mostly incompatible with Windows 10, I don’t think that anyone’s going to invest the time and effort into making that a reality. MSTS is not very user friendly when it comes to route building. Some of the most expansive routes such as the PRR Eastern Division and the Monon literally took years to complete.
