For one, very few people I scrapped against chose him. He wasn't very popular. But anyone knows that if you knew how to use him right he could whoop even Bison's ass without too much of a sweat. WIth that said, this is my anthem to, like, myself, and everyone else who felt similar to this, felt "Dhalsim". Felt looked over, underestimated, ignored, marginalized.
