Construction company Mid Group was founded in 2014 by experienced industry professional Sahel Majali, who has since chaired the company and built it up to be one of the fastest-growing companies in the UK construction industry. Sahel Majali brings the benefits of a great deal of construction industry experience to the venture, having worked over the years with many of the leading names in the construction industry.

Delivering Major Projects Across the Sector
The Mid Group works throughout the construction industry, delivering educational, residential or commercial projects with the same focus on excellence and communication. The Mid Group is delivering a major project in the form of the Broxbourne School, a modern educational asset which is due for completion in 2021. The Mid Group’s School Construction Projects
Continuing in the educational projects sector, the Mid Group delivered the Greatfields school, which is in Barking in East London. This school forms the core of an award-winning major redevelopment and regeneration project in this part of London, which will eventually see the construction of 1,500 new homes and 13 new schools.
The Mid Group is currently working on delivery of Charles Simmons House, which is due for completion in 2020. This is a major project which required a great deal of work, particularly in the early stages, to adapt to the major infrastructure features lying directly below it. These included two train tunnels and a major sewer, and the Mid Group worked closely with the client to adapt the plans for the house to take these important assets into account and deliver the project safely and with minimum disruption.
Delivering Award-Winning Service
Throughout its existence, the Mid Group has been nominated for a number of prestigious construction industry awards. The Group has been awarded the Best Use of Hybrid Technology award in 2019 and the Contractor of the Year award in 2018. The Group was also a finalist for the BIM Initiative of the Year award in 2017, recognising the Group’s ground-breaking use of BIM technology, which allows the Mid Group to deliver solutions in the most streamlined, up-to-date way possible.
