Worked on cooks for steak this week in class. Hurt my very soul to cook one past medium, but the chef said it looked okay.

Worked on cooks for steak this week in class. Hurt my very soul to cook one past medium, but the chef said it looked okay.
So this was my birthday meal last night. A standing rib roast I cooked on a bed of herbs and rubbed with a mix Olive Oil, mustard, garlic, and rosemary along with some mashed potatoes and green beans. It turned out so well I think I can with confidence call this my magnum opus.😋
