MID TEST :: The Criteria of Prospective for The Next President of Indonesia

soon the tenure president of Indonesia Mr. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono wil end, and of course that position will be sought by the prospective candidates. if we reflect on the presidential election 5 years ago, exchange-election in 2009 only netted by 3 couples, various strategies and means deployed to achieve victory. campaign schedule was prepared to convince the people over themselves respectively. as the general society, they can only pray and hope that the next leader in Indonesia better than the previous one. so as the hopes that in the future the president, should be competent, honest, and responsible.

first, a leader must have the skills, which it seen in this leadership style that adapts to organizational challenge skills in determine the direction, assuring member organization, understand the root causes, is a form of competence among leader. a leader must be competent to eradicate corruption, poverty and so on.

then honesty, honesty is the most essential characteristic of a leader and the most easily seen. honesty is what underlies any action as a result of discretion. an ideal leader should honesty an integrity. and also a leader should always be honest in speak and act. this characteristic is the foundation for another action that is firm and populist. because honesty will make others respect and sympathy.

and the third, a leader and responsibility are two things which cannot be separated. nature responsible and shifting the blame to other will only make a leader are no longer effective as a leader. the leader is responsible for all that he saw. that means, he is also responsible for what is seen by the organization as well as his team. the leader responsible for the results achieved, both good results or bad results. and also responsible for launch proactive communication. when miss understanding occurred and rumors arise, the leader should be rectifying an establish communication to miss understanding does not arise again.

lead a country is not easy, as a leader he must have a strong characters in order to build Indonesia to be a better country. we as societies expert the next president who will lead Indonesia has such character, and Indonesia will better than ever.

THE HEROINE OF WOMEN EMANCIPATION

name : vivi alpina herdianti (02 309 1211 019) - Mid Test

as we known during the colonial Indonesian society fettered by ignorance. especially among young people, especially women should not be educated. so there are some heroines who are eager to educate the Indonesian public of ignorance. one of which is R.A kartini who struggle for national life, and how his background, what attempt she had done at the time, and its influence today?

R.A Kartini was born in Jepara, Central Java on 21 April 1879 . Adjeng Raden Kartini is one of the gentry or noble class Java, Raden Mas daughter of the Duke Ario Sosroningrat, regent of Jepara. She was the daughter of the first wife, but not the main wife. Her mother named M.A. Ngasirah, daughter of Haji Siti Aminah Nyai and Kyai Haji Madirono, a religion teacher at Telukawur, Jepara. Kartini was the 5th child of 11 siblings and stepfather. Of all siblings, Kartini was the eldest daughter.

Raden Kartini this woman is obviously a national hero because he has achieved his dream to speak emancipation of  all women in Indonesia and its impact can be felt to this day, As well as she is one - only women who dared to resist the invaders that have shackled women from ignorance and do not have the freedom to get their rights. And what has been championed by Raden Kartini had a huge positive influence in inspiring all women in Indonesia.

The influence is now evident with equal rights between women and men, especially to got a decent education, that everyone should got it. With her attempt sent letters to acquaintances in Europe. especially about the condition of indigenous women containing complaints, especially regarding culture in Java, which is seen as a barrier to women’s advancement. She wanted women to have the freedom to study. Kartini wrote ideas and ideals, like: Zelf-ontwikkeling and Zelf-onderricht, Zelf- vertrouwen dan Zelf-werkzaamheid and then Solidariteit. All that on the basis of  Religieusiteit, Wijsheid en Schoonheid (namely Godhead, Wisdom and Beauty), with  humanity and  Nationalism (loved of country).

As stated above, that the efforts of RA Kartini had a great influence for many modern women in terms of educational. because her own efforts we can take education to the present generation though currently not intelligent kartini while promoting the spirit of the women at the time. It should today’s young generation can improve and develop the quality of education that already exists.

MID TEST ON MONDAY!!!!

Urgh the horror. I have to stay away from my phone & internet life for a week. I'm gonna miss my true life here. I cant believe I'm going to live with those school books again. Lol jk i'm just bored at school books.

Wish me luck for the midtest, so I could get back to my internet life again, people!
