A Moment of Semi Lucidity with a Half Asleep Insane Person.

Ever notice that Mid-Night and Noon both have the letter N at important parts of the words?

I guess that means that Mid-Bite I can have my Boon.

Mid-Fight I prove no ba-Foon.

At Mid-Light, I am but a Loon.

In the Mid- of my Might, I look at the Moon.

At Mid-Sight, I make the ladies Swoon.

And that's all my just awoken brain can think of so far...

Debut December in Buenos Aires. One summer evening, on the other hemisphere. She improvised to calm his heart. She went away to avoid his fears. Whatever, alone or accompanied, in fact, she likes it half. She tries in vain to escape her modesty. Tables dreaming of a life in color. "Where the water falls"

Where the water falls The fiery sun drowns in the distance, Where the ripples end and the water falls, And I gaze at the backdrop from the stalls, Longing in search of my significance. Maybe it lies within some barricade Where spring still smells of fresh poppy flower Or yellow woods felt yet a cavalcade That would trod them black within the hour; Perhaps it lies on the sand or the breeze Or maybe 'twixt the foam of the sea Or found way up high, in the glitter-freeze! ...maybe, long ago, in another me; But I cannot find it here anymore. I even searched there, where the water falls! So I will close my eyes once and for all To become forsaken and nevermore.

Winter Break: t-2 days

Its the greatest time of year: finals week! Well maybe not the greatest but it means we are that much closer to winter break. After my sociology exam tomorrow at 2, I will be done my fall semester of my senior year. That went by a little to fast for my liking. But I am ready for a much needed break from exams, readings, papers and class. Granted, I am sure that come January 2nd, I will be more than ready to come back and begin my last semester here. 

But what is most exciting is mid-night breakfast happening tonight in the Great Room from 9-12 a.m. It is basically an all you can eat brunch feast filled with donuts, pancakes, bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy etc. And there will be coloring, play-doh and karaoke to relieve some of the stress of finals.I am already counting down the hours until breakfast time. Until then, its on to studying for the last exam!
