midday blues for when you’re lonely

midday wonderings, how are you? Do you miss me? Got no friends here. Haven't been taking a drag from an actual stick Does menthol still gives you a head rush? Does the sunset still look the same half the world away? It doesnt feel the same here, I don't even try.

No music in the afternoon. Just taking a nap before work. Wide eyed at night for different reasons. I would close my eyes, only to go back. If gravity won't let me move, I hope this mind could fly. But it feels different. But it feels different.

There's no us. No shadows dancing on the rooftop. No glistening forehead sweat in moonlight. Smoke floating around us, remains unseen. Bottles around the corner, taste of pomelo and gin. Got a new high, but I'm down for some old nicotine rush.

I'm a mutt; Native American & European mixes. Unfortunately, I got mostly light skin genes. Unfortunate because I spend A LOT of time outdoors fishing and I burn like a lobster. I got to try @klairs.global Mid-Day Sun Lotion from @0.8l_usa recently and I have to say, it's one of the good ones; especially for use on the face. It has a very light scent and doesn't smell strongly like many American sunscreens. The light blue cream absorbs very well and doesn't leave a greasy film sitting on top of the skin. That is probably my favorite part; because it absorbs so well, it doesn't drip into my eyes if I start to sweat a little. This doesn't burn my sensitive facial skin and provides very good coverage for fair skin. I did my first 5K a few days ago, and this #klairs #BlueSunLotion with SPF 40 #SunBlock was perfect for it! I applied the light #MiddayBlue #SunScreen just before I left my house; about 7:00am, and left back home around 12:30pm. I was outdoors for approximately 5 hours, and it protected my skin perfectly. I know the importance of wearing sunscreen all year round, and it's important to me for the product to contain natural ingredients on top of working. Some of klairs Mid-day Blue Sun Lotion ingredients include; Arginine, Lactobacillus Ferment, Panax Ginseng Root Extract, Lavender Oil, Lemon Oil Peel, and Orange Peel Oil. It's good for all skin types, and can be applied to face and body.
