Went down to the beach today with @s.whiffen for something todo. Winter is always kind of mucky this time of year but there’s something charming about the fog that rolls in mixed with the short lived hours of sunlight. It’s nice that the days are getting longer and the weather is beginning to get warmer. I think I really needed that, I’ve been in a bit of a slump this month (hence hardly any art being produced lately). I haven’t been perfect with what I’ve been doing lately, there’s been days that I didn’t want to get out of bed, go to work, or hit the gym but I’ve managed to stay mainly on track. I guess I don’t talk much about my own mental health but there’s times that even the strongest of people have downs. It’s weird saying that I’ve been feeling bleh, ‘suppose I’m just tired, maybe moody, all I want to do is nap. Eat lots of chocolate (trust me that idea I had of getting down to 52kg is going a little slower than planned🙈🙈🙈). At the end of the day I know that everything will be getting better over the next little while. I’ll get back in my groove soon - promise. Just sorry if you haven’t seen much of me lately, it’s the winter blues I swear. Cheers. Take care of yourselves fam, don’t forget about number one.
