A #CanadaPost driver lightly struck me with his van in the back of the legs the day before #GoodFriday ... BTW if you see the arse in the picture driving CP van near you. Get clear! His driving stinks as much as his attitude. Fortunately - I wasn't injured. Just shocked from nearly being taken off my feet and brung to my knees without warning. Unfortunately - the drivers attitude and reaction to the knowledge he had just struck someone was surprisingly disgusting, cavalier and uncaring. As depicted, this (supposed) human being was very cock-sure behind the wheel and promptly told me I was not standing where he had struck me and he didn't see me so there for I wasn't there... This reasoning goes on for a while. I'll spare you. Long story short, I quickly realized he was a #turd of a man and left him alone and got on the phone with the #postoffice complaints dept. So after an extend wait on the 48hr callback from @canadapostagram - 2 weeks to be exact. I finally get two calls from them (no one knew I had eventually been contacted - siiigh) saying that due to #privacy reasons I'm not privy to the outcome of the situation but I should rest assured that it has been dealt with. Some half arsed apology and an legal interview to put in their report in case they get sued. Da Fawk!?! I had to just leave it all be but I can't help wondering, what if I was really injured. Or if it was an elderly person, or someone's child? Would they still be CYA'ing the whole thing? All roads point to Rome, me thinks. #MiddleFingerYou #CustomerService #PublicRelations #KeepItMoving
