lenny always reminding midge what a funny comedian she is

lenny wanting to get professional validation from midge, the girl he hold in high regard

lenny coming out to support midge’s shows whenever he has the time

lenny supporting midge’s career, making sure that she’s successful

just noticed that midge kept the blunt lenny gave her in her bedside drawer

I wonder what other things from lenny she kept — his message from the flowers, a pressed flower from the bouquet perhaps?

just thinking about the way lenny said “I thought it was sensational”

the tone in which he said the line gave me goosebumps — like he was so sincere and you can see that he truly means it
