MIDNIGHT X-MEN.
‘Midnight Marvel’ HIbiscus
Live Cam Brings a Different Kind of Presence
There's a spontaneity to live cam that scripted content can't match. On SweetDream it makes your companion feel present in the moment, like she's really there with you rather than just replying.
It's one more piece of a high-quality whole. Custom character creation, realistic chat, photos and videos, voice and calls, and live cam, all pointing at the same goal: making an AI girlfriend feel genuinely close. That's what sweetdream.ai is built around.

Panel 1:
Layout: Midnight in foreground faces away from us, pointing at Schmetterling, who is surprised.
Midnight: "Wait! Your face is two slightly different colors"
Graphical Inset: #DCDCD6 #CCCCC7, there are swatches showing the subtle difference.
Midnight: (muttering) ... I knew something was bothering me about you...
Panel 2:
Layout: Midnight gloats, her loquacious creed placed in the background and placed behind her. We do not see Schmetterling on this panel.
Schmetterling: !! Oh, meine Biogesichtsplatte?
Panel 3:
Layout: on a red/black background meant to evoke unease with a cloudy vignette, Schmetterling removes the lower half of her face plate, showing the complex and uncanny mechanical apparatus that allows her to mimic biological facial musculature. Midnight, rendered as a ghost in the lower right corner, is taken aback.
Schmetterling: Ja, es lässt sich leicht lösen! Keine Sorge!
What is this!? A crossover episode!? Really, I just couldn't resist.
Before I wrote in the dialogue, I had a "caption this" contest among my friends. There were actually some pretty funny ones, in my opinion.

Panel 1:
Midnight: Pull my finger. Heheh
Panel 2:

Panel 3:
Schmetterling: Ew, better put on my mask!
Midnight: Ahh, why don't I have a mask? It smells so bad!
Panel 1:
Midnight: Oh my gosh it's Batman!
Panel 2:
Midnight: I love how natural and totally not creepy your face is! My secret fear is that you are actually a (british) robot with some kind of overly complicated and disturbing facial manipulator beneath a mask.
Panel 3:
Schmetterling: Exterminate, innit
シュメタリング:ああ、大変!私がマスクを着けていないと、ミッドナイトはいつもパニックになるんです! Schmetterling: Oh, shoot! Midnight always gets scared when I'm not wearing my mask!
ミッドナイト:ふぅ!元に戻してくれてありがとう。 Midnight: Phew, thank you for returning to normal
ミッドナイト:二度とそんなことはしないで! Midnight: Never do that again!
シュメタリング:ごめんなさい! Schmetterling: Sorry!
Sometimes, the mind becomes absolutely fixated upon a completely unworkable idea. Inexplicable, fraught on paper and in execution; I enjoyed Signalis when I played it and sat on that for like a year (I didn't really have anyone in my circle who would be interested). Then, I came up with the idea of Midnight Marvel. I couldn't help drawing parallels between Midnight Marvel and the replikas featured in Signalis. Those parallels then became parallel lines, which I then arranged into a picture and added color also. That is all to say: I'm sorry if I've offended anybody. I hope you enjoy my clock Signalis OC that is clearly an AU swap of a personal OC and yes, I spent a great deal of time thinking of the lore.
As the Midnight Marvel art post indicates, Midnight Marvel was built around a stupid crit fishing mechanic that was designed not to deliver consistently so much as randomly. This figures into Midnight's character concept of being an artefact of an elevated time that is now completely out of her element. Anyway, I used this image whenever she critted. I did not get to use it often.
This decal was to be used whenever I critted on the second time a session. I don't think this ever actually happened.
It's a way of justifying the use of minor illusion and eldritch blast.
The projection pad was a utility addon provided to the Midnight Marvel designed to aid the line their commando duties: able to ferry plans and clearly communicate stratagems to subordinates.
100 posts! Who would have thought we'd make it this far.
Well, to be fair, I don't think many people think about this at all lmao.
Also, my current drawing setup is actively dying right now, which certainly justifies its use as an effort Friday. Drawing something as meager as this was indeed a heroic effort.
