Sleep is underrated

My goal is to start sleeping before midnight from now on – ideally 11pm. I'll take this week by week and hopefully a good habit is formed.

I remember back in my college days, I instituted something called the 'midnight program' to see if I could meet all my deadlines all while strictly going to sleeping before well – midnight. It worked, my priorities seemed to find proper order and I found my productivity at an all-time high. But once summer vacation hit, that all went out the window.

I've been finding it very difficult to sleep early these days, but my fingers are crossed. Here's to dreaming.
