Kira opened the door following the knock and found Collin there waiting for her. She smiled at him, she was however rather drunk, but she was happy to see him.

Kira: Well hello there.

Collin:  Hey there Kira

Kira shut the door.

Kira: So what brings you here then?

Collin came in, as he walked into the apartment he noticed Kira’s new outfit…

Collin: Well its New Years Eve thought you could hang out with me and truthfully wanted to see how you were after our wild night.,,

Kira nodded

Kira: Good idea!

She grabs him and kisses him passionately. This was no new years peck on the lips,  Collin was surprised at this sudden turn of events but he welcomed it and kisses Kira back passionately with no hesitation and he was a lot more sober than Kira was at this moment.

Collin ran his hands up and down Kira’s body and explored her hips and curves.  Kira was totally drunk but she was still coherent enough to know what she wanted.

Kira: come on my bedroom is this way.

Collin: uhh sure Kira…

1. I like (love) my decision to take Coaching classes, it’s really interesting and I think I’m pretty good at it.

Karlie smiled and pushed the packet gently towards Kira

Karlie: why dont you join me? Have a cigarette, put all our cares away just enjoy tonight and I’ll keep the zippo as a memento.

Kira eyed the pack and looked at Karlie. She hesitantly took a cigarette from the pack.

Kira: Um… I guess I could give it a go. What uh, do I do?

Karlie: You do this First, you inhale through the cigarette, but you take it out to exhale, obviously. To light it, put it in your mouth and inhale lightly while holding the flame of the lighter to the tip for a moment, suck to get it lit, then take a few long, slow draws of the cigarette and slowly blow the smoke out your mouth. Rinse repeat till finished. Easy.

Kira: Oh my god ok….

Kira put the cigarette in her lips and put the flame to the tip as ordered she took a few pulls on the cigarette, and it lit. She then did what Karlie said next and took a long pull on the cigarette, she didn’t breathe the first one in, but the second one she did and then within a moment or two, Kira exploded into coughing and laughter.

Kira: Oh shit! Hooo! That’s… wow.

Karlie: You okay there!  Yea I know right, its pretty powerful here have some of your drink

She hands Kira her drink, Kira has a drink and chuckles.

Kira: There must be a technique…. Oh my god… what do you, Kane and my mother see in this…

Kira cleared her throat.

Tales From The District - Kyleigh and Imani 

Kyleigh had been waiting at “Club Venom” just on the outskirts of San Myshuno for her one and only friend, Imani, to arrive. Thoughts about how she had quit “The business” flowed through her mind, previously she was happy with all her tattoos, proud even, now, she tried to cover them up as best she could. Then she saw Imani approaching, truthfully, her Vampire senses told her she was approaching long before, she smelled her.

Kyleigh: Hey Imani My mani!

Imani: My Mani!?, *she giggled* and I haven’t picked a nickname for you yet.

Kyleigh just chuckled. She followed Imani to sit down at a table Then turned serious.

Kyleigh: The girls don’t know I’m pregnant yet, not from me anyway… So lets keep it between us just in case. I know Kira and Karlie are hanging out so… yeah for now just us.

Imani *winking*: alright gotcha girlfriend. Would you Like a cigarette?

Kyleigh *Laughing*: Yes please, but I best wait till I give birth. I want to do things properly. I want to be a good mom, this time round.

Imani nodded.

Imani: You gonna keep me company out here?

Kyleigh: Sure.

Kyleigh was a lot less envious of Imani than she thought she would be, the pangs and cravings for cigarettes had almost totally left her again.

Imani: So how do you think everything going with the girls, any ideas?

Kyleigh: I think its going fine, I think Kira will really bring Karlie out of her shell a bit. They could both use a friend.

Imani took a drag on her cigarette

Imani: I think so too Kira and Karlie seem to be getting along surprisingly well.

Kyleigh nodded agreement and made a mental note to visit Kira and Kane soon.

Kira was undeterred and she tried again, coughing a bit more. She had one more try and managed to exhale a small stream of smoke.

Karlie: Well done! You did it, Kira, We’ve had our first smoke together * her face lit up *

Kira nodded, and took another small drag and exhaled, her face winced a little at it, but she was alright.

Kira: Yeah… I used to give my mom, and Kane a lot of shit for smoking and here I am doing it myself. You’re a bad influence!

Kira laughed at the idea of her own hypocrisy.

Karlie: I never 

Karlie laughed and took a sip more of her gin and tonic. The party had only just begun tonight…

Kira and Karlie arrived in the bar, it was a haze of smoke, and there was background music people were just hanging out and it was all quite civilised. There were a few cute boys there too just to add to the atmosphere.

Kira: Ok, Lets get a drink or six.

Karlie: Okay, sounds good

she let out a little giggle. Kira strode up to the bar and confidently bought them both some gin and tonics. Kira had been very partial to these for a while since Kane had learned to make them. After grabbing the drinks they sat down at a table. Karlie looked around her atmosphere, sussing it all out as it was still unfamiliar territory to her 

Kira: You ok there Karlie?

Kira slid the drink over to her.

Karlie: Yea, yea I am thank you , just these places are unfamiliar to me still haha

Kira: Don’t worry about it, its all cool, I will keep my eyes on you at all times. Just relax and be yourself. Just be Karlie.

Karlie:  Okay thank you Kira, makes me feel so much better, I can relax a little,

Karlie gently took a sip of her drink and pulled a face as if to say what is this

Kira: Not use to that? You want something different? Beer? Wine?  

Karlie: its all good, screw off with the beer *she laughed * What is it ?

Kira: that’s a gin and tonic Karlie. Its pretty good at, how to say, helping to cast off some inhibitions.

Karlie: hmm intresting, I dont mind it its just an unfamiliar taste but a welcomed one
