Ingredients: 1 oz vodka. 0.5 oz blue curaao. 0.5 oz lemon juice. Champagne or sparkling wine.
Instructions: Put ice in a shaker. Fill the glass with blue curaao, vodka, and lemon juice. Good shaking. In a champagne flute, strain the drink. Champagne or sparkling wine can be added on top. Put a lemon twist on top.
