For ask-felicia-that-nooby-cosplayer 1) Whats a good dream you’ve had?
I don't really have dreams that often now because I've started using sleeping aids for my insomnia. After I started those, I didn't have dreams. But before I started taking them, I really only had nightmares.
2) What is you’re favorite time of the year?
Summer. Not because of the heat, or going to the beach. Just so I can chill without any school related stress to worry about. Plus, I can talk to all of my internet friends with different timezones, go on Tumblr until 4am, and play Animal Crossing without worrying about getting up for school the next day!
3) Do you like animals?
I love animals! Some scare me sometimes- so I'm more a fan of pets you can keep in a household. I absolutely love cats- but my father won't let me get one. I have a dog named Toto and he's a sweetie and all, but I'd love a cat. I had a Turtle named Sheldon but he died last week, bless his little turtle heart<//3 But I do love animals!:3
4) What’s a funny moment that has happened in your life?
It was more embarrassing than funny- ((on my part, at least)) It was about 2 years ago and I was hanging out with some friends at a local ice cream parlor. We were outside, and we found a boiling hot container of Pepsi. They thought it would be a good idea to dare me to throw it at something- I picked it up, and it was so steaming hot, my aim was super bad. It landed in a red Mercedes-Benz convertible. It exploded in it. Pop was all over the interior. The seats, dashboard, cup holders, everything. We started running as fast as we could, and casually walked into a restaurant that was down the street. We looked out of the window and there was the guy, cleaning his car.
5) Do you like cosplay?
I absolutely love cosplay!! I have cosplays for Eridan Ampora and Jake English from Homestuck, Arthur Kirkland and Roderich Edelstien from Hetalia, and currently working on a Punk! England. :3
6) What do you think of the way the world is today compared to the way the world used to be like?
Oh wow. Well- It's certainly better and worse in different aspects. Better in equality to people, allot. With gay marriage and feminism. There are still fights about it, but it was allot worse to be gay or feminist in past times than it is now, which is very good! But the economy is very messed up- things are allot more expensive than they need to be, taxes are outrageous. Technology is also taking over- I don't mean iPods and Laptops- more like doing jobs that humans could be doing. I understand that it could be cheaper to use robots, but humans need jobs, too! And all of the use of unnecessary robotics is polluting this planet more than it already is. I don't know too much to explain more deeply, but today is different from how things were done a while ago.
7) Worst nightmare?
Oh golly, I had nightmares all of the time before I started my sleeping aids. So there were allot, but my worst one was pretty scarring. I have depression, bipolarity, and OCD. I used to have dreams about those when I went to bed sad, knowing it was because of those disorders. The nightmare was when I lost it so bad, I just snapped on the inside and I took out my anger on myself. I had killed myself. My parents didn't know until the day afterwards. They knew I sleept late in the summer because I'm up all night, so they merely thought I was just sleeping. Until I never got up. They came to check on me, and I was hanging from my ceiling fan, bruised, cut, covered in blood. They cried. My mum, dad, sisters. I don't like going into too much detail- but it was like I looked into the future. It was scary. I woke up sweaty- and I felt myself. Where I'd been bruised and cut in the dream. Like I was making sure I was still solid, alive. I was relieved, and I ran downstairs immediately, and hugged everyone. I was just glad to be alive in that moment. When I'm feeling really suicidal- I remember that dream. And I try keeping myself alive, just for my family's sake.
8) First crush story?
Haha funny thing. I never really had a crush on someone when I was smaller- because I thought it was stupid at the time. Plus, I knew I was lesbian and I tried to ignore it. So It only was pretty recently because even just last year I thought it was pointless because it wouldn't get serious or anything. It's just boys looking for attention, and I didn't even like boys. So my first crush was on an internet friend I met almost a year before. I never really felt that way about someone before, so I decided that's what a real crush was. I don't really like talking about it, though. I'd like to forget about it, myself.
9) Have you ever felt like you might fall while looking into the sky?
I've never really felt like that. I really only study the sky when it's dark outside. The night sky used to relax me. Sometimes I would lay on a blanket outside and count the stars when I couldn't sleep. I used to feel like I was floating, but never like I was going to fall.
10) Do you believe in aliens?
Yes, I actually do. The history channel makes me believe anything, so maybe it's just me. But I definitely believe that there is some kind of extra terrestrial species somewhere in this universe. I used to be terrified of them, but now I just find them interesting and I love learning more about them. ((Ancient Aliens, fuck yes))
11) Whats the name of your teddy bear? Do you have a teddy bear? Did you have a teddy bear?
I still have a teddy bear. I know they can't really protect you from anything- but I still feel safe when I sleep with it. ((Theirs the 6 year old in me surfacing)) It's original name was Coco because of the color of it's fur, but I re-named it Arthur quite recently because I got it from England when I used to live there. He's super fluffy, but he's only very small. Plus, he was there with me since the day I was born! I think I'll have him for quite a while longer than a kid should.
