This is Shipper, the worst of the worst when it comes to fandom-obsessed otakus.

Originally, they were perfectly content harassing cartoon artists to make their fictional ships canon, but their obsession has progressed past that. They will 'ship' actual people together and won't stop until a match is made. As you can imagine uuuhhh real life people with real life feelings aren't a fan of this, which leads to...everything Shipper was prisoned for!

On top of all that, they are your typical annoying weeb, so there is nothing redeeming about them. Probably the Mineta of Akudama Drive. Rip.
