I’m going to give reviews about the restaurant that i visit yesterday.
The restaurant is called Imperial Lamian. It is located in the Newly opened Manado Town Square 3.
Okay let’s get down to my comment.
The restaurant is really crowded, which is normal for newly opened restaurant. However unlike most restaurants, i praise Imperial Lamian because they’re able to keep up with the crowd. The only thing i complained is how long they refill the chilli oil and prepare’s the chopstick.
Like i said before, the restaurant is crowded. There are many tables that did not cleaned right after the customer go. When they’re cleaning the tables, i can still see some soap in the table and food leftover under the table.
The food is great. Especially their specialty, La Mian. La Mian is one kind of chinese noodle that made by stretching and folding the dough into strands, using the weight of the dough. Or, you could say that in Indonesian ‘Mie Tarik Tionghoa’ The one i eat is the one served with chilly oil. In first try, i didn’t really feel hot. But, suddenly my mouth longing for water after i finished eating it. The taste is really wonderful.
Beside Lamian. i also ordered their Dim Sum. I order a Sio May. They served it with pickled ginger. It taste exotic.
For those who seek chinese food, i recommend this place because of their specialty. However, when you came here be prepare to experience long wait, it is crowded after all.
