What if my favorite Beyblade couples featured in Indian commercials?

Takao and Hiromi - Dairy Milk

Kai and Julia - Manyavar

Rei and Mao - Taj Mahal Tea

Max and Emily - Reebok or Puma or any sports brand

Ozuma and Mariam - Malabar Gold and diamonds

Kane and Salima - Prestige cook stove

Tala and Queen - Durex condoms (please don't attack me now xD)

Miguel and Mathilda - Engage on Pocket spray

I have seen so many telling that Max and Mariam (also Ray and Salima) had romantic tensions in the series. Is it true? But honestly, I don't see any couple in Beyblade romantic sparing Ray and Mariah, hence asked. The others just appear platonic to me. But I may believe what the Wikipedia says.

Before I begin with, I just wanted everyone to know that this is NOT a hate post.

I am not sure what to tell in this regard. I did see the animators linking Ray w/Salima and Max w/Mariam, but so did Kane w/Salima and Max w/Emily. And I have already proved for the latter two (also Ozuma w/Mariam) them in these asks. So I can't understand why their rival pairings are ignored and not considered, if not loved much.

The major difference is, Max and Mariam had tension for a few episodes packed continuously. It was fluent, whereas Max and Emily had it then and there.

In part-1, she was seen chortling when Max defeats a beyblader from the Renegades. No, it didn't sound too ordinary for a SHOUNEN. Why would she chortle out of the blue when they were enemies?

Her inner voice sounded soft and gentle when she wished Max good luck before leaving for the Russian lake. Never have I ever seen her being so genuine and sweet except this moment. She even says that confidence is a charming quality in men when she sees Max meditating.

Kane and Salima, I've said a zillion times. She kept approaching him in the battle tower even if it could kill her or never did she stop even after facing the consequence. That's is more than enough for evidence.

Objectively, Ray/Mariah is the only couple having a focus on romance. Nothing changes the fact even if you hate them or consider them as siblings or non-romantic.

I am not sure if Wikipedia ever mentioned that, but if you mean by Fandom Wikipedia, the only couples which it actually mentions romantic (or a crush from girl's side) are these:

-> Ray and Mariah are noticed to have a romantic tension and a strong emotional connection (eventually having a daughter). They have something beyond the wiki too.

-> Mathilda has a crush on Miguel.

-> Salima has romantic feelings for Kane.

-> I am not sure if it's still there, but it's mentioned that Hilary had feelings for Kai (in V-Force) but slowly shifted to Tyson (in G-Revolution).

So, you may consider these couples semi-canon except for Ray/Mariah (hence it is canon) in case you believe Fandom Wikipedia. The others are just shipped in a fanon sense. I remember Wikipedia (not fandom) mentioning that Salima has feelings for Kane. Its mentioned there as well. Wikipedia is a trustable source for information.

Anyways, nothing is stopping people from shipping what they want, but facts are facts. I just don't like double standards.
