Mihas’ Fall and Christmas Concerts

Had a great night with @therealsugarjoe​ last Sunday. Played some songs, listened to music, sang some music, listened to the choir make the church songs super incredible with background harmonies. Great time. I didn’t record the Christmas concert, though maybe I’ll try next year, just like how I’m finally keeping programs to track what I’ve played. But! here are the songs my group played for our Fall concert. Be warned, that fourth one is almost 20 minutes long, although it is technically 2 pieces put together.

The only piece I really cared about playing tonight: Tchaikovsky’s 5th Finale.

Good for a listen. I’m the bassoon and, unfortunately, we played in a church so the quality’s not as good as it would be in a concert hall but I think it still came out pretty clear. (Clearer than some other pieces, for sure.)
