but honestly they potentionally have a very cute dynamic imo. i liked how in the story bourbon feels out of touch w/ her inner emotions, unable to show them through the song lyrics, which makes her think that she doesnt have a strong enough connection with her fans. i dont have bourbon on my account and thus i am but only a larper but just straight from her vibes i think that her technical way of speaking and analytical worldview (autism) greatly impacts her ability to truly connect with people around her, cause they just dont understand her. which is not entirely true! yes, her way of presenting herself is unique, but that doesnt mean she cant feel those emotions, doesnt mean that she cant express them either...
and thats exactly what falco tells her!! lol. falco brings this idea to the table: bourbon still can connect with her audience and share her feelings of gratitude. can she do it like others do? no. but does she HAVE to be like the others? absolutely not! bourbon is unique and so her feelings would be unique too- the way she sings the songs everyone else can sing is STILL unique, she puts a piece of herself in it by singing. and i found this part really heartwarming..... everyone loves her sm..... 🥹🥹 cute.............................. (sobs)
also, i was rereading falcos story recently and wow. its sooooooo good omg.... especially starting from late classic year.
the main appeal of this potential ship is the dichotomy of worldviews in their relationship: analytical vs emotional. both sides are strong but also have some downsides?? ill explain
i already explained bourbons deal: her overanalysis and comparison to other people in the first place made her oblivious to her own strengths and charm - she tried to fit in the role of the norm she never had to follow in the first place because her fans love her for a different reason, i.e. herself (or something like that)
whats falcos deal? she seemingly has everything in control and her optimism is such a great driving force that everyone around her is infected by her joy and whimsy. and its true! but i felt inspired by her career... there is a point when falco gets famous enough to bring in more people than usual to dirt races, but still cant stop at just that. she sees the packed arima kinen stadium and thinks how tokyo daishoten could also have that. if she tried harder. if she just brought more people. if she could show how dirt races have charm too. if she worked harder, then maybe, just maybe... she could make the crowd roar at tokyo daishoten just as they do at arima kinen. but. she refuses to see, or, rather, dismisses how much progress she already did. yes, there is always space for her to grow. but shes too focused on numbers, on how she feels she did, instead of how she actually did... ok sorry this is starting to look like a falco fanfic ill stop lol
what im getting at is maybe bourbon could help her see the factual progress falco made... in her already tremendous impact on dirt racing. should she stop? no, but she could raise her eyes above the track and see how many more people she brought that wouldnt be here if she never made the first step.......................... i love falco so much can you tell.................. can you........................................
