Starting my blog back where it all began, well for me anyway. England, my place of birth to parents John and Hazel Tilling of Antoinette’s hairdressing in Nottingham. Who’d of thought some 30years on, I’d be here in England with my husband & son attending the same Salon International they attended many times over 30years ago.

It’s my intention with this blog to share as much as I can about the wonderful world of hair & makeup and just how far it can take you. I’m hoping to inspire or at least interest others to develop and strengthen their own skills, to create a world filled with passion, inspiration and love.

As when you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life!

I’ve been in this industry since leaving school at the ripe age of 15, I never imagined I’d be traveling the globe sharing the skills I was so fortunate to inherit.

In keeping with my vintage style I’ll share with you something old, something new & something present. Posts of travels, taste, style and amazing artists I’ve met along the way.
