Hi I'm Robert and I'll be blabbering about my research I have done and the techniques used to gather it, there are three types, primary being research I have done on my own from first hand, secondary being from websites and other people's work, and thirsury being gathered from a directory of results. Here I was asked to research assassins creed, the development of graphics through the series and a quick review of one of my favourites, I talk about the plot what the developers thought of the plot and why they chose to make it look how it does and the changes, which has been illustrated and links provided from their sources. [displays links to the sites and images close up] Here for my specialist research I talk about why I came into the industry, my inspirations my, goals and where I would like to be, I conduct research on the state of the industry how it's grown and where it's going in terms of VR, here I also provide links and references to different articles as shown you can see more on the second part of my task 1 document. Now here I look at the history of animation, the work was a collaboration with many other students in my class and we use a huge range of sites and documents to build this summarised piece as you can see to present this I have broken it down into block to look more like a uniform timeline, quick to find the areas you need. As a result of my research here is a pre production document That I am working on to produce an animation for a unit, from the research I have learnt to make sure that it is all clear, stating a good target audience, I have made a clear structure for the document with broken down sections, I am keeping in mind what is already out there and the ethical states, which was not previously a concern that i had. Looking back at my research I am happy to now have the skills to properly look into areas for improvement to keep informed on what the industry is doing at the time, I need to focus on using more areas of interest to flush out subjects, as you could have seen there was a lack of variety in some of the documents for all types of research to help keep it reliable looking. The separated images that you have seen are from recent projects as a result of the research I have conducted. so on the subject of the validity of my research; you can see from the areas I have marked behind me I have separated each type of research, primary, secondary, tushury, so that it is easy to see, looking at my assassins creed piece, we can see links and underlined phrases that show where I had gotten the research and what I searched to find them, I have looked at several sites for all of my work, non of which being Wikipedia, and that’s purely because while it is a great site, it can still be changed by anyone both professional and amateur
