So why keep the No Zone cops standing on an angle, shouldn't they gave the ability to not do that, and vice versa for the non No Zone personnel that enter the No Zone?
Not sure if I understand the question completely but I think I know what you’re asking. I have this theory that No Zone officers are trained to stand and walk right side up when they enter different zones. But when they first enter another dimension, they will appear side-ways until they eventually walk (or run) right side up. For this issue though, it was just an artistic choice to show the no zone characters standing proper way (implying that they had already walked right side up in these zones). There will be plenty of future issues of the NZA that will showcase characters walking at a 90° angle in different Zones.
