Top 5 favorite arcs from IDW Sonic? Miniseries count as well XD
Scrapnik Island x 5.
What do you think of the fact that Sega has been ironing out the lore of Sonic continuity the past few years?
I'm gonna be honest, I haven't paid that much attention to Sega Sonic lore for a few years now.... until recently!
It still feels like I'm playing catch up with everything Sega's been doing (at least when it comes to Sonic stuff). I haven't played Frontiers just yet, and I've been reading IDW comics sporadically. And I just recently watched Sonic Prime.
Overall from everything I've gathered, it seems they're doing a lot more with the lore than I thought they ever would. It could just be me, though I feel like there's a lot of world building and characters being fleshed out lately (not speaking about the comics that's been doing it for years).
Wasn’t being angry or condescending btw. just genuine curiosity
It honestly felt like a "well actually" kinda statement hidden in a question. But since it was meant to be genuine, I'll answer in such a way as well.
I know about the GUN Commander's backstory and his character arc in shadow the hedgehog. I played the game twice and looked up all the possible endings. Even before I starting writing the GUN project.
The Commander I have in the story is not exactly the same. I written him in a way that better suited the story I wanted to tell.
Do you still characterize the G.U.N. Commander as being an evil villainous authoritarian puppet master or have you actually looked up the True Ending to Shadow the Hedgehog and realized that he’s actually a good person and as much of a tragic victim of government conspiracy as Shadow is and that they eventually reconciled and agreed to make the world a better place together because it’s what Maria would have wanted
I can smell the anger and condescending nature of this question.
Honestly we need to get more Sally Acorn from 1993 into the 2024 versions because it's been a very long time since we seen her since the Archie Comics
More Sally would be nice.
Happy 2024
Thank you! 🥂✨
