3 - eyelids.
It was late, it was kiss a turtle day or whatever it was, and he was tired, very tired after a late night patrol. Bruised and battered, he was dozing onn on the couch until he heard some kinna strange kissy lips sound. Slowly, Raphael opened his eyes to see Mikey, puckering his lips inches above his eyes. “Oi.” Seconds after, Raph felt something wet pressing against his eye and, he flinched, gripping his face, pressing his hand over his burning eye. “MIKEYYY??! Did ya fuggin kiss me in da eye?!”

Raph was not even awake to hear the slow creak of the bathroom door. His gear was strewn across the wet stone floor, black leather gear, belts and boots in a messy heap by the tub.
The curtain was not even drawn closed, and dark water was dripping slowly to the floor.The tub was filled to the rim with water, and Raph was heavily breathing in his sleep, one arm hanging out over the edge, and there were faint drops of blood, both on the floor, on the tub and on the turtle.
Raphael was bruised, seemingly from battle and he had some minor cuts too, nothing too serious, except for a bad looking gash across his ankle, and his injured leg was sensibly resting on the edge of the tub, elevated high to stop the bleeding.

Raphael’s feelings about Mikey are quite complex, yet simple, in a sort of confusing way. He doesn’t dwell for long on the matters that confuse him, and he’s still not sure about this "ALTERNATIVE WORLD THING" Raphael suffers from ptsd, which led him to lash out at Don, nearly killing him, which made him flee from NYC.
When he returned, after five months on the road, he met some alternative versions of his brothers, and a few other strange creatures. Everything felt very surreal, and he dreaded to call his real family, in fear of being shunned. Instead, he stuck with Mikey here, and thought of him as his real brother.
It felt nice to not have to deal with the harsh realities of his own world, especially as he was so warmly greeted by this smaller more childlike version of his brother. He’d do anything for Mikey, and he knows he hid that body because he spied on him, but he will never mention it, except for explaining to Mikey his secret his safe with him and that he will always protect him. All that he wants is to keep Mikey safe and sound.
