va-11 hall-a was so real for having a scene where this idol android gal starts a call and response with the protag just to cheer her up a bit and at first the protag is kinda reticent but she kind of gets into it and then the whole bar gets into it, a bar that at this point contains the following people:
a super tough cyborg hitman
a terrorist hiding from the law
a wrestling legend
a guy whos just, like, really really cynical
a shiba in a hawaiian shirt
a paramedic
a pampered rich corpo type
and they all get in the call and response
because she's just so earnest
trying to cheer up this one gal
