maybe stop painting miles 42 as an evil and sinister miles and paint him more like an emotionally repressed miles, considering the differences between his and 1610 miles' universes.

i mean, there's no spider-man in his universe. and the only other hero he could've possibly looked up to is dead. the city's overrun by villains composed of the usual spidey rogues gallery with little to oppose them. not exactly the same new york where another miles would usually be out sticker bombing and expressing himself through art.

miles 42's day probably consists of doing his best to help his mom, helping his uncle, and combating the sinister six cartels. i doubt he has time for anything else.

in a city with SUPERVILLAINS running cartels, you'd have your guard up too. especially when someone who says they're you comes out of seemingly nowhere.

we don’t know too much about miles 42 but i bet everything that he is still very much a good kid. a prime example is when rio was going to give miles a grocery list, meaning she trusts him enough to do that especially in the world they live in.
