where did u guys go for ur honeymoon?

we didn’t have a traditional honeymoon I mean we got married in a registry office hahaha- we ended up on vacation at Disneyland Paris after a while. needed a break so badly. begged mello for rollercoasters. so we called that our honeymoon

This is Death Note fanart of my mostly canon-compliant AU. These characters are my redesigned Matt and Mello.

Context: This is when M2 lived in seperate flats and have been a couple for a few months. Matt doesn't have a bed in his own flat, it's just a lousy old mattress in the other room and he sleeps on the couch anyways. When Mello's over, they put the mattress in front of the couch and their whole setup is just so janky. They both regularly have bruises from bumping into table corners trying to move through Matt's flat.

extra info: since mello got involved with mafia stuff, he was extremely reluctant to sleep in anybodies presence, even matt, so him crashing at matt's is a big big sign of trust and intimacy
