I think you would find this interesting so- hello, I live here now.
Miles has obviously grown more and more popular. I think its safe to say he's even prefered to Peter. People praise his quick wittedness, intelligence, and so forth to call him the best/greatest spider-man but after rewatching the chase scene it's occured to me that we forget 1610 Miles would have been a very formidable villian. It's only because he holds the spider-man mantle that he does things with the best of intentions.
"Well I did manage to lure a bunch of spider-people out of your little clubhouse" is such a hard line. What do you mean you managed to formulate an escape plan while being emotionally and physically challenged?
Not to mention the amount of detail he put into memorizing everything on his tour of HQ because I'm sure he wanted to impress Miguel. Like 'yeah don't worry, I won't slow you down. I'm ready' He could totally use this information to exploit HQ and he does by using the Go Home Machine.
He mimicked 1610 Peter's fighting style using a video on his camera roll in itsv. Same with his Uncle's fighting style after seeing him in action like twice? While running for his life?
I propose 1610 Miles would have been just like the Prowler in the comics where its only by Peter leveling with him that he would concede in a fight because our boy truly does have a heart of gold.
42 is definately just as smart as Miles but I think he is definately a different kind of advesary. Sort of like the difference between Batman and Batman without rules.
42 really gives me Miguel vibes in the sense that they're tired sassy spider people instead of the "normal" quippy kind. There's a big difference to me someone who has tetered on the line of right and wrong and is accustomed to that lifestyle (42) and someone who can be all in on the right side then be shoved into the deep end of the wrong when something drastic happens (1610).
This is also my case that 42 Miles is pookie and is just very good at presenting a hard front. I again reference Batman 🙂↕️. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.
Hi pink!!!! I so do find this interesting 👀
Y'know, I think people tend to forget that Miles Morales (at least in the comics) it's currently the most powerful spider-man, and people had the luck that he’s a good guy!
But it bugs me how often he's portrayed as this itty bitty cutesy soft boy when he's actually a menace when he wants to (don't even get me started at the deer comparisons with him 😭).
Exactly! The way 42 and 1610 dealt with crime throughout their lifes is pretty much different but both went through it nonetheless. 42 is often portrayed as a villain bad boy criminal guy but we've seen like... 2 minutes of him. I bet he likes to play Fifa on his ps and his sketchbook is filled with his family.
