Something that happens quite often during their military career (especially with the troops of the Southern Army) is that something typically gruesome happens, and Rin is like "we gotta make sure Kitay doesn't see this. This is too much for him".

Meanwhile Kitay is known in the entire military camp as the person who cleans up Rin's messes. Many people are even slightly (or a lot) afraid of him because he is the one to tame the General. They once saw him kill a deserter without a hint of remorse.

No one ever voices these thoughts though because General Fang doesn't seem to agree with their general assessment.

💭 okay I love this song, the lyrics are so poppy war-esque... it's hard to come up with 1 headcanon or fic idea but here I go:

I've been thinking about this fic where Rin wins the war at the end of TBG, she doesn't need help from the Hesperians, so after everything, the Southern Coalition put Nezha on trial and sentence him to a year in the Bhagra. Rin doesn't know how to feel about this because yeah he was on the opposite side and did terrible things but (A) she still loves him and (B) she did terrible things too. So this fic would be an angsty reunion after he comes back; they're broken but they can grow together again and maybe learn to love the right way.

A sentence from my WIP📝

I have dozens of works in progress (that I haven't even half finished) (*sobs*) but the ones that usually get shelved and put on the back burner are the more explicit fics, like this one. I don't know where this will go, but here's an excerpt - it's Rinezha, for context:

Rin shot a glance at his hand on her arm, and let her mouth curve into a smirk. "You know, you're being very obvious about your motives."

"Am I?" He tugged her back and pulled her closer to him, so close that she could see the miniscule freckles that dotted his neck.

"You are. And it doesn't suit you."
