during the dragon republic, after getting to know more of the real, vulnerable nezha, she notes that his and jinzha’s similarities “were not really so pronounced” and retracts her statement that they could have been mistaken for twins

during the burning god, after once again standing against nezha as enemies and ultimately defeating him, rin mistakes jinzha in the tapestry for nezha

In a Modern AU where Nezha is in therapy to deal with depression and grief over Mingzha, his therapist recommended that he do some activity when he was feeling down to avoid suicidal and self-deprecating thoughts.

In this, his first hobby was painting, mostly Rin or landscapes (before they started dating), but Nezha stopped because he felt inadequate in his art and still felt like a failure.

The second was knitting, he's already dating Rin. Rin doesn't like Nezha giving her gifts or spending too much on her, so Nezha combines that with knitting.

"Nezha, you paid for the yarn, the needle, and everything else."

"But I spent my time making it, didn't I?" *Puts a wool hat on her head*

He loves knitting for Rin and his cat, mostly sweaters.

Another hobby he has is embroidery and sewing. Nezha embroiders the landscapes he used to paint to feel better. His current sewing project is a large coucha made from scraps of his clothes and those of his friends + other fabrics from items important to him (like Mingzha's teddy bear, which he still keeps next to the ash pot).
