Hey y’all. New episode, and some odd bonus episodes coming to you soon, don’t worry, you glorious bastards. We got you covered during this hiatus.
We’re exactly 7 months old now since our first episode, 45 episodes deep, and have very recently reached over 100,000 total plays. That is fucking amazing, you guys. We’ll be doing a Ring Zone milestone episode about all this bullshit (once we all can fucking record at once) and stuff but I didn’t want the actual day to just pass by without saying anything, because that’s pretty incredible.
I just wanted to thank all of you guys for supporting us and listening. Everyday I wake up screaming, and every night I fall asleep crying, mournful that I’ve let a piece of shit like Randy or a cockgobbler like Evan into my life, but you guys make it worth it.
And now, a little something from each of us (people who responded on Skype) under the cut.
Dillon: If you listen during our weekly episodes when the show is on the air, I love you, thank you, and thank you for reblogging our episodes, upvoting us on reddit, giving us SoundCloud likes/shares or whatever the fuck, and telling your friends to listen. If you’re one of the motherfuckers who sticks with us through the hiatuses, when our episodes spill into bullshit more than usual, just seeing that listener count, even when it’s significantly reduced, makes me fucking proud. It’s amazing knowing that we actually do have a solid base of fans that keep coming back. You guys are fucking awesome. I never thought this podcast would do as well as it has, I’m incredibly proud of it, and for me, that’s saying something. Starting this has been the best tipsy mistake that I’ve ever made, and I have made many. Also, obligatory, all hail The Onyx Wizard.
Max: The Ringo Zone hitting the 100K mark really is unbelievable. I mean, sure, I would listen to a goofy garbage show where garbage people say garbage things about a cartoon and get sidetracked, but my tastes don’t tend to mix with a lot of other folks’. And the whole Australia thing is still just like ‘WHAAAAAAT’. So thank you, nation/continent descended from felons. And to all the other people who’ve listened too.
Randy: For all the people who've been with us on this ride since the beginning, thanks. Knowing we're not just screaming into the void and that our conversations hold some meaning for anyone other than us is super cool. I love shouting about Steven Universe and I love that you people (seemingly) love it too.

Evan: Shit man. 100k? I know we goof around a lot (basically all we do) on the Ringo Zone, but make no mistake, we’re all incredibly excited that you guys have stuck around and helped us grow. It’s pretty funny, I joined this because Dillon posted a thing on the Steven Universe subreddit, thinking it would be a fun thing to do once or twice and then maybe it would burn out as these sorts of projects often do. It pretty clearly didn’t, and I couldn’t be happier. Whenever we record, it doesn’t really feel like work, you know? It just feels like a bunch of friends yelling at each other. That’s sort of our charm, I guess. Whatever it is, I think it’s pretty magical and we’ll keep doing it as long as Australia and the rest of you guys wanna listen.
