I miss you so much. you had the world in your eyes. rest in power, my beautiful friend 🍒
The first conversation we had, there was such a mutual respect for our crafts and who we were as writers and the ways in which we incorporated our internet presences into that
I was so stunned by how warm and welcoming you were, you were so friendly and loving and just the total opposite of all my preconceptions. Your journalism skills far surpassed mine, more than I was willing to admit in our conversations. I remember watching that documentary you did on Tila Tequila and thinking, “Who really sits there and critically analyzes Tila Tequila’s entire career?” It was fucking iconic. I still don’t think you got enough credit for that.
I appreciate that most of our interactions were casual “I miss you’s” I know those meant “I miss seeing you doing you, I miss seeing you on my timeline, I miss reading what you have to say” and I really really am going to miss reading what you have to say
Rest In Peace, Taylor!
Please donate to Taylor’s GoFundMe, she left behind a beautiful baby who is now in the care of her grandparents
