Submissions Closing

Hey there, Milo Murphy’s Fans! A quick update on the Secret Santa! Thank you to all of you who’ve gotten your submissions in! We’ve got a really nice amount so far; honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect and I, for one, am super excited about this event. 

Submissions will be closing officially THIS FRIDAY, so if you haven’t done it and wanted to, make sure to get yours in by then! Once submissions are closed, Jim and I will go through them, and you’ll get your assignments ASAP after.

Hey guys!! I just wanted to pop up and say hello, since this is something new for me that I am super super excited about. Jim and I cannot WAIT for this Secret Santa exchange, but we’re going to need you guys on board with it and willing to participate for it to go smoothly. 

What this is:

For anyone that’s never done one of these before, Fandom Secret Santas are basically gift exchanges within specific fandoms done around the holidays, orchestrated by a couple of fandom members (that’ll be the two of us!) and participated in by (hopefully) as many fandom members as we possibly can have. 

Before anyone gets nervous about the “gifts,” let me explain. Any gifts that you give will NOT be things purchased and sent. No, these gifts are far more valuable! Fanfiction, fanart, fanvids... Basically anything that you can create for your specific fandom or specific ships within your fandom count as gifts. 

Everyone will be matched with someone whose ships/gift ideas match the ships/gift ideas of other people, which we’ll find out via this survey HERE. 

If you’ve got any specific questions, feel free to shoot me an ask on my main blog ( @deathishauntedbyhumans)! We want to make this as fun as possible, and that means making sure everyone knows what’s up! 

Any initial questions about the rules may be answered by THIS POST. 

Anyways! This is just a bit of info. More will definitely be coming out in the next couple weeks as we get the ball rolling!
