(ad) Who wants my gluten free apple berry crumble recipe? 😍🍏 (with dairy free ice cream and custard obvs!) What dessert do you wish was gluten free, but never is? 🤔 Crumble was mine, but I’ll also throw trifle into the ring!! {ad} Who here is tired of never being able to eat anything at Christmas buffets? 🙄 No ingredients, tons of gluten everywhere and everything is waaay too close together for comfort 🙅🏼‍♀️ My solution? This year, I’m doing the buffet! As much as I’m sooo up for doing the buffet myself, i know it’s gonna be mega stressful!! . So how awesome is it that alongside ordering my milk to my doorstep, @freshmilkandmore can also drop off an actual smoked gammon? 🙊 Their seasonal section is pure goals - like the cute little boozy meringue truffles and chocolate hazelnut meringues (both gf) in my pic! They also do the cutest hampers too 😍 Everything always arrives pre-7am and it’s like Santa left you a little gift on your doorstep! (actually I think it was delivered by someone called Paul 😂 Cheers mate!) . So as a bit of a test run, I made a Dijon mustard glazed smoked ham 🤭 Anyone want the recipe? I poached the gammon in cider, then covered it in muscovado sugar and mustard and scored the fat 👌🏻 Then I popped it in the oven and it came out all caramelised and beautiful! Morning! Who fancies poached eggs, oak smoked cheddar, crispy bacon and avocado on gluten free toast with a glass of cold milk? 😍💕 Me! But what’s even cooler is that nearly everything in this pic was delivered fresh to my door this morning 👌🏻 Yep, @freshmilkandmore deliver everything from milk, cheese, eggs, bacon, OJ and even gluten free muffins too! I woke up this morning to find two cute glass milk bottles and a little bag of all my other items left on my doorstep at 7am 💁🏼‍♀️ Who else still remembers getting their milk delivered in glass bottles? I was sad I missed seeing the milkman deliver all this on his electric milk float like I used to as a kid!! .
