Here are my 6 ingredient Gluten free and dairy free doughnut holes 😍 Who wants the recipe? They’re golden and crisp on the outside, fluffy in the middle (not cakey) and *perfect* dipped in a little strawberry jam 💕 What do you prefer though? Filled doughnuts (custard, jam, apple etc) or iced ring doughnuts? 🍩 (like Homer Simpson ones!) I’m a filled doughnut kinda gal usually, but I do have a new found love for doughnut holes now!! . IM SO BLOATED! These words come out of my mouth every single day. And that’s because every single day no matter what I do / eat I seem to get so much grief from my gut. I don’t know if anyone else feels the same?? (I hope it’s just me, nobody should have to put up with this 😫) . I mean bloating is one of many symptoms I struggle with. Plenty of them are gut and bowel related but then I also struggle with being so so tired all the time and mentally all of these gut issues make me feel really sad and anxious 😟 never ideal when I’m doing talks in front of people for work (something that makes me anxious enough as it is!!)
