So I've been disappointed that I haven't been able to exclusively breastfeed Shuri. I've been trying but I'm still giving her 2-3 bottles a day when my supply runs low. I'd like to be able to pump 2-3 bottles a day and feed her if possible. Last week I got my first post partum period and I was so sad because I knew it was a sign I'm not breastfeeding enough. My supply took a bigger dip but it's coming back because I'm also using lactation teas, iron and calcium pills. My friend tagged Milky Mama in the comments and I ordered the sample box.
