Little fact: the London Eye was formally opened on December 31th 1999, but only did a single rotation on New Year's Eve. Due to a capsule clutch problem, it only was officially opened to the public on March 9th 2000.
Well, of course a certain angel and demon didn't care about that and might sneaked onto the Millennium Wheel to celebrate the beginning of, well, a new millennium.
Big thank you to @startreklesbian, because this piece of art wouldn't exist without their creative input.
Little extra:
below the cut is a text-free version of the comic strip
Eye Eye Eye by Roy Llowarch Via Flickr: The London Eye gave me great views of central London and I thought it well worth the cost. The London Eye, or the Millennium Wheel, is a cantilevered observation wheel on the South Bank of the River Thames in London. It is Europe's tallest cantilevered observation wheel, and is the most popular paid tourist attraction in the United Kingdom with over 3 million visitors annually. I took this photo with my Nikon camera but have lost camera details from photo cropping it! en.wikipedia.org/wiki/London_Eye

Smaller.
Larger (edit).
If you can, zoom in on the mask- I think it’s the most horrifying one in-game!
