i use mostly standard round soft brushes in photoshop and slap a texture on overlay on the drawing, but there are lots of amazing tutorials about coloring in ps and also sai with textures if ur interested in that! good luck with ur art :>

A practical consideration to your Zack's smile theory ... AC came out before CC did. Rather than SE editing OUT Zack's smile, I think they probably edited in IN when they had better tech to map his expression. Since ACC is just AC with some added scenes and a little jazzing up, I wonder if they just kinda ... forgot to edit in Zack's smile?

I just wanna be sure I’m following, I didn’t really get the question.

Anyway CC and AC were roughly worked on at the same time, so they had the tech for it in AC time. There’s a reason why Zack is not in AC so much, but I’m gonna get really into it in a very detailed way sometime in the future.

And I really doubt they “forget to edit in stuff” with how much work and time they spend on these scenes and stories haha. ACC is directors cut, it’s not just AC with some extra scenes, it’s how the story should have been told if it wasn’t for all kinds of production limits. (and some of those cut out scenes were pretty important to understanding what was going on haha). So yeah, I dun think Zack’s missing smile was a mistake.

I have never understood the whole #gamergate thing. What is it? What happened? (I actually trust you to explain without being stupid biased.)

Well, gamergate used to be about journalistic integrity of gaming news sources (and that’s still what most gamergaters are fighting for). It all started when Zoe Quinn was accused of whoring her way through the gaming industry (her ex-boyfriend exposed several affairs she had with gaming journalists, including some dude from Kotaku). 

But naturally, gender feminists and SJWs had to find a way to distract from the accusation that Quinn used her vag to sell her game, so that’s how the current state of affairs has come to be (that’s less objective, but it’s the only way I can explain their involvement in the whole thing). 

Gamergate was never about gender and was not supposed to be about gender. At all. 

Here’s a pretty unbiased explanation.

Have you ever read Boy Toy by Barry Lyga? It's about a male victim of abuse (a teenage boy who was sexually abused by his female teacher). For some reason, I thought you'd be interested in it, since it actually admits boys can be victims and women can be rapists.

Sounds interesting. I already have a few A Song Of Ice And Fire books and The War Against Boys by Christina H. Sommers on my reading list, but I’ll try to read a lot this summer.
