some of my favorite post-hardcore/metalcore/mathcore/screamo/etc releases from about 1997-2012, the stuff that was important/influential on me between middle school and college years. recently i started revisiting a lot of the music i grew up listening to just to see how it holds up and even some of the albums i hadn’t heard since i was a teenager still sounded familiar. crazy how some music just sticks with you forever. also, i haven’t been paying nearly as much attention to music like this as I used to so if anyone has any recommendations from the last 10 years of newer bands that are similar to at the drive-in, glassjaw, every time i die, letlive, the mars volta, converge, dillinger escape plan, fall of troy, the sound of animals fighting, jerome's dream, million dead, number twelve looks like you, united nations, refused, orchid, or norma jean i’d appreciate it.

Frank Turner - The Next Storm (Music Video)
The video for the British Singer songwriter's single The Next Storm features his performing the song with his band band in a boxing ring surrounded by fans. This however is interspersed with clips of him fighting in said ring to an empty room.
His opponent in the fight is former ROH, WWE and ECW Champion CM Punk. The match is filmed more like a boxing or MMA match than a wrestling one but the elbow drop and 3 count finish does indicate it's the latter.
