a quick life update on one milo j. thatch.
the boy went adventuring !!
feeling incredibly stuck in his life, he decided he really needed to travel. it was his dream to see the world, and it had gotten cut short by all this responsibility and he couldn’t handle it anymore. so he handed the reins over to the next-most senior employee of the museum, packed his bags, and off he went.
he finished the last leg of the journey he had been on before his grandfather died, spending two months in a rental van driving around south-east asia with a couple other people he met upon arriving.
for the first time in his life he really let loose. he partied for days on end, saw sights he had only ever dreamed of seeing, starting writing a new book, and had some fun with a few foreign ladies ;)))
basically, he did all the things he really needed to in order for him to grow as a person. these were necessary experiences that he finally got to have after repressing what he wanted for so long.
now he finally feels ready to fully accept the responsibility of owning and minding the museum. he’s still got an adventure bug, and knows that he’ll have to go away again eventually to keep himself happy, but for now he’s ready to come home.
finally realized what a life saver contact lenses are. bye bye wide framed glasses.
got tan, got fit, got hot.
still an awkward baby angel because what happens while abroad stays abroad, but he definitely has a new confidence about him !!
I’M SO EXCITED !!!!!!!!!
