Chile: Where are you guys heading?

Luz: Our mom’s house. She’s back in town so we decided to talk to her about what’s been going on.

Milo: Not ‘we’- you decided we should go.

Chile: But what will come from going to see her?

Luz: I don’t know but maybe she knows something?

[berrybeans]

Luz: Remember Milo, we leave first thing tomorrow morning.

Milo: Yea I know.

Chile: You don’t sound too happy about it Milo.

Milo: Well it’s because Luz is losing her mind.

Luz: I think it’s justified.

[berrybeans]

Milo: You got hot chocolate mom?

Velouria: Of course I do.

Milo: Sweet!

Luz: Milo, that’s not why we’re here.

Milo: Well that’s why I’m here.

[berrybeans]

Milo: I think Luz is more worried of killing with her bare hands.

Velouria: Don’t laugh about that! What does even mean?

Milo: She grabbed someone by the neck and almost choked them to death.

[berrybeans]

Velouria: You’re not lying are you?

Milo: Of course not, Luz just thinks there’s a reason for her odd behaviour.

Luz: Ma, what are you thinking about all this?

Velouria: I may have a way of fixing this. 

Luz: No mom, we don’t need a herbal remedy-

Velouria: Give me some credit here Luz. I’ll be right back.

Luz: Okay well, I get a yellow glowing eye sometimes, not all the time-

Milo: It’s mostly just the teeth.

Velouria: The teeth?

Luz: My teeth grow fangs...

Milo: Kinda looks like a demon you know?

[berrybeans]

Velouria: So there must be something on your mind for both of you to come here without the kids.

Milo: Actually there is something. Luz thinks we’re aliens- isn’t that right Luz?

Luz: Don’t say it like that, there’s a perfectly reasonable explanation-

Velouria: Aliens? What makes you think that?

Luz: Well, I’ve been doing this weird thing...

Milo: Basically she gets angry, and then she ends up looking like a monster.

Velouria: A what now?
