Postcard from 1939 of the Brentwood Heights, California home of Slobert Reblin, RKO studio executive and hairless, tawny milobite.
Justly proud of his luscious lawns and front and back gardens, Reblin had a calendar and a series of postcards privately printed up showcasing their brilliant, springtime glory.
Though he claimed he nourished the zinnias and hibiscuses with the nutrient rich sputum from his trifurcated lung sacs, the gardening was actually done by a rotating team of flightless auerbachs.
