Infomercial About MIL Trends (Internet of Things)
In this activity, we were tasked to make a video about the different trends in MIL. Some of those trends were Augmented Reality and Artificial Intelligence, to name a few. But the trend assigned to us was The Internet of Things (IoT). The video was supposed to be an infomercial, meaning, the video must showcase the trend - give a short background about it and list its pros and cons. During the production of this infomercial, though we already learned some background about IoT in the previous year, I garnered more knowledge while researching about it. After researching, I have realized that this upcoming trend in MIL is very beneficial to the Philippines because this technology is a great convenience to anyone who uses it. However, it was also mentioned in one of the articles that that the Philippines still have problems about technological advancements and that it might take a while for this new trend to emerge in the country. But still, I am still looking forward to the day that we finally have the Internet of Things in the Philippines.
