Importance of mental health in this time of pandemic
Good Afternoon, everyone, Today we are going to talk about the importance of mental health in this pandemic, we all know that having mental health is not okay especially in this time of pandemic and we felt our energy lessen like we easily get irritated, we easily get angry and you feel everything surrounds us like a chore, like everything we see things is our responsibility. We feel that we are trap in a negative situation and we don’t want to solve situations just to free ourselves, now a days we like to become more protective in our feelings, we don’t want other people to judge you and we are having lack of motivations to become more productive in everyday living. Especially in small things we easily get irritated even before those things don’t make you irritated. This pandemic makes the world take a turn for the worse and many people passed on about this virus. It took 1 year to have vaccines, many experts and scientist still studying the vaccine and its effects on the body. Also, when the pandemic started, the people in the world, experiencing mental health that people think it it's not rocket science but this mental health is to make matters worse if this is not gotten treatment. This can be a perfect storm to death, which we don’t want to happen. We should value our health now this day because we don’t know how far a person lives. This time of pandemic, our mental health is so very important because it affects our daily living and it changes our physical and mental conditions. Now a days, the most common we experiencing mental health is depression, anxiety and being bipolar. This kind of mental illness can’t be cure but it can be treated to lessen the matters worse, as a student, I want to give awareness this pandemic since many students had kicked the bucket. But don’t worry people come and people go.
